Everyone at Signature Management knows Jim Gainey, and if you know Jim Gainey, you know how hard he works, how willing he is to help, how kind he is to everyone he meets AND how he can grill like a pro!

Cierra recently stepped up during her Property Manager's vacation to ensure her team's success at Society at Crossroads. Her proactive approach and exceptional problem-solving skills helped to maintain team morale and kept projects on track.

Our leadership team is back in the office feeling energized and inspired after attending another extraordinary in Philadelphia, PA this past week.

The summer months are some of the most busy and challenging for service teams in our industry. Coastal VA summers are beautiful, and they are hot - meaning HVAC issues become a top priority for our team members.

Between spending hours outdoors in the hottest heat of the day and taking calls on weekends to ensure our residents are comfortable and cool, our service team members go the distance to give their communities an outstanding experience - no matter the season.

At SMC, we know that our service teams are the backbone of our communities, and every day is a good day to express our appreciation and thanks for all that they do. This week, we showed our appreciation by hosting a Service Team BBQ and Game Day in Virginia Beach. Our goal was to give these well-deserving team members a day away from their daily workload to relax, kick back, eat good food and have fun.

We know the summer months are upon us, and we're so grateful to have each and every extraordinary service team member along for the ride with us.
