(2) Shift your weight to one hand and raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. (3) Slowly raise the top leg, while remaining aligned from bottom foot to hip, and stacking the shoulders. Modifications such as placing your knee on the floor are also great alternatives.
