Get your application in for the 2023 Provident-Salierno Pursuing Victory with Honor (PVWH) Senior Scholarship.

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria: be a 2023 graduate of any Tulare County high school; possess a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA; exhibit exceptional sportsmanship; and plan to attend an accredited college/university as a full-time student during the 2023-24 academic year.
