If fireworks don’t have a California State Fire Marshal Safe & Sane seal on the packaging, they’re illegal.

‼ Citations for the use or possession of illegal fireworks begin at $2,000 and increase to $4,000 per violation! ‼

Don’t risk it! If you have illegal fireworks or even old fireworks you no longer want, drop them off at Visalia Fire Stations from 8am-8pm any day. No questions asked. 👍
