Our VCEF Board, volunteers & friends had a great time hosting the Beer Garden at the City of Visalia Independence Spectacular 🇺🇸

There were food booths, kids activities and lots of great artists from 1067 KJUG Country! There was also an incredible drone show! We can’t wait for next year 🇺🇸

Visalia Community Enhancement Foundation will have a chalk art event for kids bring your artists for a little creative fun.

We will also be running the Beer Garden with support from BUENO BEVERAGE COMPANY and Visalia Police Department to raise funds for support of our local parks and community ammenities.

We need your help to judge an epic grilled cheese competition!

We are gathering local teams to compete for the title of “BEST GRILLED CHEESE!”

Your ticket includes tastings at every station, an A&W Rootbeer float, blueberry picking at Big L Ranch, yard games, music and a lot of fun!

Proceeds benefit the community projects of Visalia Community Enhancement Foundation!

Registration is FREE! You get a 10x10 booth space, bread, butter & your choice of cheese. Then you bring your favorite grill, tools & fillings and get as creative as you want to be!

We have an award for the best grilled cheese, and the best decorated booth.

🏆 This is only ONE award category in the inaugural Deck The Home: Visalia's Holiday Home Decorating Contest. Some of these homes have light shows or other experiential elements that cannot be seen through a photo. The Visalians' Choice Award category is only based on these photos. The other award categories are based on in-person judging.

Thank you to everyone that came out to celebrate the completion of the mural commemorating the Kiwanis 100th Anniversary and the history of Visalia. This beautiful art by Stevi Daniels adds a fitting backdrop to the garden at the Senior Center.
