Dear Magnolia Park Residents, Families, and Friends,
I greet you with much love. I am grateful for your love and continual prayers. Thank you to all of you for your concern for us, all is well with our souls. I will tell you that for my part, I would do it all again. You know how I functioned and you also know I always placed the person before profits and that all will come out in the wash. You also know I will always be an advocate even when I am misunderstood. You also know that through my advocacy, I will never tolerate uninformed euthanasia, stay silenced, and never surrender what I was born to do. But for now, I am not able to have contact with any of you for a little while longer, my attorney has advised. I am still on a growth journey but will see you soon in God’s perfect time. You remain in my heart and prayers. I am sorry I have not been able to be there for some of you, I heard many of you have been looking for me, and some have written, but I can’t respond. It hurts me so much not to be able to talk with you or hug you, particularly when some of you have said goodbye to loved ones whom I, too, cared for and loved so much. Please know I am with you in spirit… I never left your side.
Please do not worry for my husband and I; we are safe. I am preparing to visit my sons and their beautiful families in Ohio. Arnold has a beautiful granddaughter, Adelina Lynn. She was born last February! He has been doing a remodel project in Dana Point and that is near where his grandbaby is so he gets to see her often. In time we will share pictures of all our grandbabies; they are so beautiful!
For those of you who understand scripture, I have adopted Romans chapter 12 and asked God for a double portion of 1 Samuel Chapter 25’s Abigail. My human nature has kept me back a little, but slowly, I am getting with God’s program. I choose Love and vengeance only belong to God.
Much love and God’s blessings to all of you!!!
Esperanza
So very true
❤
Visalia and the Central Valley,
It pains me to tell you that it is not me serving you at Magnolia park. A group named ABLP Properties is running it via Kevin Singer and Mark Pepper, a felon who was given a pass by the Department of Social Services and Community Care Licensing. Sacramento Licensing was for sale to ABLP properties and Mark Pepper and now you have a group of people who fraudulently took my property.
I am still in the fight but unable to do anything about the abuses. You need to do your homework before you place your loved one.
Sending you much love,
Esperanza
Good morning Vietmnam~~~ Wait we are in the Central Valley California !!!!
I owe you all an explanation
To everyone I love and know, I have not posted in ages. but you know that. I will tell you the story over the next days or months that follow.
Today I want to share what is in my heart.
First I want to tell you that I was forced out of Magnolia Park Assisted Living last November on the 15th, 2022. It took the perfect storm for that to happen. Imagine being in the Sahara desert and in front of you is a lioness with her cubs and 12 hyenas surrounding her to eat her and her cubs alive. Naturally, the lioness does not have time to think or explain to her cubs what they are about to experience. The cubs rely completely on their mom to keep them safe. That is the perfect picture of me. I fought and fought until I find myself with little strength and much faith and believe this too will pass but only if a few good women and men step up to do the right thing like those in the Tulare District Attorney's office, Sacramento Licensing, and courts. I will share with you my people here below.
It all started with a dream to improve the quality of life for the elderly and to do all that was within my capacity. Most of you who know of me know how Magnolia Park started and has functioned for over 21 years. That is what not is today and that is because those entrusted to preserve justice have not. Those entrusted with the health and safety of the elderly have failed them as they have entrusted my most precious loved ones to a den of criminals. And for this to be possible needed perfect collaboration with government agencies and attorneys who posed as sheep but in reality are vicious, hungry, and greedy wolfs who use the court systems to fill their bank accounts.
I will enclose Mr. Pool's correspondence at the end of my letter to you, my people. It speaks for itself and leaves nothing to the imagination but does reveal how arrogant and aberrant their thought process is.
First I will tell you what happen in Paso Robles at The Yellow Rose. The owners there were Ted and Iris Jacobson who also own Meridian Insurance company. They were feeding their elderly expired food from the dollar tree. When I first arrived to rescue the residents and staff, the residents were zombies full of wounds and not an ounce of tenderness from the owner but had the love of a few dedicated staff. I entered into an agreement to get licensed to own that facility to make the proper changes which are only possible if you have control of the property pursuant to title 22 of licensing regulation. This was too another experience that exposed the wrong that persists in that county. The Ombudsman there thinks that she owns the elderly and sifts money from the elderly as she pleases. I wanted nothing to do with her, Santa Barbara Licensing, or the Jacobsons. And consolidated my business operations to Visalia. In Visalia I was in the process of refinancing and remodeling of the facility to care for hospice residents as well as the conversion of the facility into a teaching institute. I dared to dream I could pass on my skills, knowledge, and experience to the young new nurses of our future, the ones who will care for me and you. The next 7 years would become my dessert.
I have been walking in that desert for 7 years now. All I have seen are dark clouds and felt no rain. My hope is that God is the only one who laughs and hs his is the sweet revenge. I get joy in my heart when I hear my mamas and papas are still praying for me to come back and that is like the first drop of rain in very hot desert soil. It gives me the hope and courage to fight back harder as their very quality of life and life depends on it.
Love you and more is to come.
This is worth repeating!!!
