​In 2006 I attended Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Marcos, CA. I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2007 and started my journey behind the chair almost immediately. I worked for a corporate chain salon and essentially worked my way up the corporate ladder over the coarse of about 8 years. But as I married and my family was growing I started to feel stuck and wanted so much more. So, I partnered up with a fellow colleague and we made the leap of faith to open Studio Bella Salon - our two chair, private salon suite.

​As a Southern California native, I grew up in North San Diego County. Being centrally located to the beach, desert and mountains plays a major role in my inspiration when I am coloring and styling. I am drawn to the natural beauty, to soft waves and tousled hair. I enjoy creating sun-kissed highlights that add organic, dimensional color to any style. Deep Conditioning treatments and Repair treatments are my JAM! I'm addicted to making your hair as healthy and manageable as possible.

When I'm not in the salon you can catch me cruising around town with my kids in tow. Running errands, school pickup and drop off, after school activities or soaking up some sun at local parks. I'm not a huge fan of crowds although you may find me at the Del Mar races and enjoying a concert every once in awhile during the Summer. We like to disconnect and be outside as much as possible. Mostly i'll be home after a long day enjoying a glass of wine in front of the computer continuing my education in this wonderful business or kicking my feet up next to the fire pit and maybe a little whirlpool bath time!
