Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. The North Caddo Jr Titans Little League Football will be having a fish plate sale Friday August 2. We preferably would like to take pre-orders but you can order on Friday as well. First come first serve until sold out. If you would like to pre-order reply under the post or any other post we share and we will take care of you. We thank each and everyone for the continuous support.

Some people. If whoever put that pork loin on my pit would’ve just asked. They could’ve had this! Stuffed smoked pork loin with a homemade bacon jam. And a peach preserve glaze.

Whoever came into my yard and is trying to get your pork loin cooked for free. It’s ready. Come back and get it and we’ll settle up.

This is gonna be lengthy, please forgive me.
May 17th. I was changing my tire and I tore my bicep from the bone. It went right up to my shoulder. First thought, I just lost 2 paychecks. Because I’ve got my full time job, and I cook on the weekends. As a husband, dad, and provider, I was scared. Still am. Thank God my wife has her job. And my job has short term disability which helps, but it’s not a full check…and it took a few weeks to start paying. Yes, I said weeks. For anyone that has ever missed a check, or in my case, 4 in a row, maybe you can appreciate my next little rant.
You see, even though I wasn’t bringing in any money at the time. There was a way I could contribute to my family. And that’s by cooking. Our kids stepped up and helped. We took turns at night to check fires. They got up to carry pans and help their old one armed dad carry things. They even stood out in the heat with me sweating their butts off to bring everyone some (dare I say) pretty damn good groceries.
Until one day last week, when someone called in and shut us down. All because I don’t have my permits. I understand that we have to have them. And I am trying to compl. I was, slowly but surely, working on that too. But, honestly, tat the time, that was the least of my worries. Because, silly me, I have bills to pay. That’s why we were out in the heat. To pay bills.
To whomever called in on us…if me trying to fly under the radar a little bit to help provide for my family while I’m injured is a burden to you, then you’ve got bigger problems that I can’t fathom. I don’t know if it’s jealousy, greed, or you just don’t like to see people doing good. But, damn you.
Not to worry though, I would say if you have a conscience, you’ll be glad to know that we’re gonna be ok. Because GOD has us!!! But, you probably don’t have one, in which case, you’re on our prayer list. We’re gonna come back and we’ll have all our ducks in a row. And I hope that makes you nervous. Or, maybe even a little bit happy that you can see a family prosper.
