BEYOND excited to announce the debut of these newly trained cycle instructors 💛💛✨🙌 + 💫💫 Maddie taught her first class last night and it SOLD OUT. Sarah is on the schedule for next Wednesday at 7:15pm. Maddie + Sarah will be co-teaching the Friday 5:30am on 8/30 🫶 Very proud of these two and thank you and for training them. Looking forward to their journey ahead 🌟

Manifestation ✨ I had a long post written out, hit post and then received the message “Something went wrong.” 🤦‍♀️ …The universe’s way of telling me I didn’t have it quite right. There is always something to learn and every day is a lesson. Everything in this lifetime is possible, if you allow it to be. There is absolute and divine power in manifestation — ask, believe and receive. My initial post talked all about responsibility and accountability… but sometimes things happen that are completely out of your control — also known as dealt a bad hand. It’s when you’re at that point where you think there is nothing left, that you shift your mindset and manifest all the opportunities (and blessings) ahead. And truly believe that you’re worthy to receive them. As much as we look forward, it’s about looking back and being grateful too. It’s about creating a balance within and in the universe. All you need is one person to believe in you 💛

STUDENT HIGHLIGHT 🌟🌟 Hello, my name is Elise! In 2020, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I put on so much weight from fatigue and anxiety. I tried everything with little to no success, but since joining your community, in a short two weeks, I have lost 25lbs. I am not only feeling better, but I noticed I have more energy and am not experiencing brain fog like I normally do. I am grateful to have found you guys and can’t wait to see what my progress may look like a year from now 🙂💛💛
