As a Mexican coffee shop we express our culture by the drinks we serve. It brings us joy to share our culture with the local community because we get to share a little bit of home with each customer.

El Día de Los Mu***os, traditionally originated in Mexico, is a holiday where families welcome back the souls of their deceased loved ones for a brief reunion to celebrate their lives with food, drinks, and activities they enjoyed when they were alive. You might of already noticed the marigold flowers, candles, skulls etc inside the coffee shop. We want to share a piece of this beautiful traditional holiday with our Waco community 🧡

Starting tomorrow we will be replacing our everyday bean to the perfect blend of Ethiopian and Chiapas bean for a berry, chocolate, earthly like taste! 🙌🏼

When we first decided to add Matcha to our menu we wanted to make sure we served the best quality Matcha. We’re very thankful for Waco Cha sharing not only their recipe but also Asian culture with us. With summer starting we decided to collab with our friends from Waco Cha to add Lavender Matcha to our summer menu.

Meet Juan Salazar 🌟

Juan is a proud born and raised Wacoan. He currently works two jobs to help out with expenses and to keep busy while thinking about a future career. Some of his hobbies include working out, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. His favorite drink is a triple shot cafe de olla latte mixed with vanilla and oat milk. Alelia goes by Ali and is usually one of our early morning baristas.
Ali is currently working on getting her Nursing Degree at MCC. Some of her hobbies include reading novels and writing short stories. Her favorite drink is our new spring drink “La Rosa.” Make sure to say say hi next time you swing by!👋🏽

Tisana is a very well known dry fruit tea in Mexico! We first tried tisana at our family members cafetería Café Providencia in Puerto Vallarta and immediately fell in love with the blend of fruit and tea. We created the perfect blend of tisana and topo to help you cool off this summer ☀️
