We built this from scratch! Baked the gingerbread, boiled sugar for the pond, etc. This is, in our humble opinion, the ultimate cabin candy. 🍬

Took about 15 hours, but was well worth the enjoyment of seeing it in our window.

Hey there! Isaac & Helen here.

We’ve never introduced ourselves to you all, so I thought it might be time.

Both of us born and raised here in the heart of Texas, we are now starting our own family on a farm just down the road from Live Oak Lake.

With the help of family and friends, we embarked on the ambitious task of designing, building and furnishing seven Nordic-inspired cabins nestled around a small lake. We poured heart and soul into the project and opened the doors to our first guests just nine months after breaking ground!

It’s been a privilege to share our property with guests from all over the world, hosting family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings and of course plenty of couples, families and other travelers. Hearing their stories and seeing their joy while visiting is deeply rewarding.

So come give us a visit; we can’t wait to share our little slice of Texas with you!
