Well they say there's a first time for everything. I was able to take care of a customer today by hanging up their Christmas lights. Usually not something I do but whatever I can do to make a customer happy.

Nice sitting section I done at a local hotel. Now the guest have somewhere to sit comfortably while they smoke their ci******es or drink their beer or just lounge. also have two benches off to the side for guest to soak up some sun

House feeling hotter then normal??? Part of it we have no control over but if your outside units are looking like this then you definitely have some control over it. Got to take care of one of our valuable customers today. Got a couple flower beds cleaned out and a rose bush dug up and a new one planted. Cleaned up some trees and starting to get it cleaned up nicely

Who needs light???? My hotel recently switched out all of our lighting and I have these. They aren't brand new but they worked when we took them down and have been taken care of. I will sell the lights individually or I can hang them for you as well. All come with the bulbs as well

Had a chance to make another customer happy and satisfied this evening. I'm mad I didn't take before pictures because I was fighting day light. This yard hasn't had no love and attention in a long time so got many more trips to get it where we want it. I've never seen a rose bush this huge but the two trash cans in the picture all came from that one rose bush. 🥵 Very blessed and thankful that I have the opportunity to make people's yard look beautiful again and very grateful God blessed me with the gift and talent to do it. Good afternoon lovely people. If your lawn company is blowing grass and leaves into the road not only is that tacky and dangerous but it is also illegal and almost all the cities around Waco. I constantly see them doing this when I drive around and it also shows what kind of character they got. One thing you do not have to worry about us is blowing your grass and leaves and trash out into the street and you will not have to worry about them scattered throughout your yard. If it is a lot I will rake it up to make it look nice and neat. If you catch your lawn company blowing it out in the street you should really say something to them. Okay that's all hope you have a blessed day

Ok. One of our Air conditioners at work were freezing up and leaking water everywhere. Well the last maintenance man did the absolute minimal at our property. Really wonder if he ever did anything this AC didn't even have a filter in it. So this is the inside coil aka evaporator coil. As you can see it is 100% cakes up with muck and crud. I can't believe it didn't burn the unit up. This is located in our staff laundry room so alot of lint I'm sure. But alot of home AC look alot like this. For one MAKE SURE YOU change or clean your filter once a month. Also you need to routinely get your AC serviced and cleaned. This is the life of your unit. You are looking approx 8 grand to get a new unit installed. If you are needing someone to come check your unit out then I would be glad to give u a clean up and service for a really sweet low price. Lil ole Handy N Dandy patch job. Had a leak from upstairs and had mold and mildew and water damage. Fixed her right on up! Keep in mind the paint wasn't dry when I took the pictures so it looks a little off and there is some small discrepancies but the guest were in the room trying to go back to sleep so I fixed it up to extended Stay America standards and kept it moving.
