This 14x24 modern dwelling is another great size for a backyard suite. This one is used as a full time father-in-law suite and has a full bath and kitchen. This one shows a rare feature, our front overhang which is usually cantilevered with no post support, has been extended to make a nice full front porch. We love it!

With all the love being shown to the cottage breezeway lately, we thought we should throw some to the OG! The Modern Breezeway! This beautiful model has a 14x20 “living” side with bathroom and the other side is a 14x12 dedicated to storage. How would you orient your breezeway model?
