If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

🌟 Please let us know in advance if you will be using a gift certificate.
▪ Gift certificates cannot be used on any discounted services or specials.
▪We will need at CC / debit or gift card number at time of booking.
▪We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. In the case of a no show or cancelling inside the 24-hour period, there will be a $35 per service fee that will be charged to card or gift card on file. If payment is not made you will not be able to book an appointment or receive FB deals until that fee is paid.
