Our Story

I went to my first yoga class for a break from the kids... Little did I know how it would change my life! As I lay in Savasana with tears rolling down my face I knew I’d “come home”.

I stumbled upon reiki a few years ago through friends and circumstances but it wasn’t until my life did a complete 360 that I thought I might want a session. I walked out of my first reiki treatment literally on a loud and couldn’t wait to book my next one.

Those experiences were so powerful I knew I wanted to learn both practices and share them with others. I put myself through a Brahmani Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training in 2015, graduated Level 1 Reiki in 2017 and level 2 in early 2018.
