First session of the new year. Been focusing on a lot of mobility work and volume work for the legs. It feels good to be explosive again. New year new goals for us. Had a lot left in the tank but called it a day top set 385 plus bands.

Three weeks into his off season strength and conditioning program Seth is showing huge signs of strength gains. We've been focusing on all the smaller muscles with a lot of stability work. Athletes must understand that they need to progress slowly and focus on all the smaller muscles after a full season. Im definitely hard on my Mom because i want her to enjoy the years ahead by staying healthy and strong so thats why i push her to the limit. As everyone ages the body breaks down when they're not active and focusing on strength. Thats when injuries and illnesses start to arise.
