Total Deck Care

Total Deck Care is a family owned exterior restoration company that serves Wake Forest and the Triangle area. We have been in business for over 20 years and specialize in building, maintaining and restoring composite and wood decks, fences, pergolas, cedar shakes, exterior doors, and siding repair; as well as pressure washing homes, condominium complexes, patios, sidewalks and driveways, gutter clearing and gutter guard installation .

We are looking to add two additional experienced exterior restoration and pressure washing crew members for full time work and one full time summer position, with the potential for advancement to supervisory positions.

Hours may vary due to weather, but are full time, Monday-Friday, with paid overtime after 40 hours.

Pay is commensurate with experience, with a salary review after the first 30 and 90 days of work.

Daily tasks will vary by job, but will include : pressure washing, exterior staining and painting, wood restoration and maintenance and more. Light carpentry experience is a huge plus.

Requirements:

-Experience in staining and/or exterior power washing is a must. However, additional PAID training will also be provided.

-Must be 18 years or older.

-Must have own reliable transportation to get to and from our office, however a company vehicle will be provided for transportation to and from job sites.

-High attention to detail.

-Must be able to climb and safely work on ladders, up to heights of 20'.

-Positive attitude.

-Articulate and polite, personable and comfortable with conversing with clients.

-Must have a valid driver’s license.

-Must be a US resident or provide proof of a VALID work visa.

-All applicants are subject to a background check.
