We are so thankful to be able to collaborate with in the creation of our Mushroom Ravioli. The delicate pasta is filled with mushrooms and served with a fluffy Parmesan cauliflower cream sauce. The Chioggia beets are the perfect compliment to the earthy flavor from the mushrooms. 😋

Big congrats to Chef Kyle and his big win in round one last night! He delivered some amazing dishes and we could not be more proud.

Proceeds from this event go to Overflowing Hands, a volunteer-led organization serving the most vulnerable children in our neighborhoods, fighting food insecurity and providing clothing, shelter and healthcare.
