What's new in staffing around WFPC:
SAME FACE...NEW ROLE!!!
The Children, Youth and Family Ministries Director position has been dropped and Katherine Peiper has agreed to fill a new position of Director of Congregational Life, a role that officially began on Dec. 1, 2023. This position's charge is to create an overall programming plan for all ages and stages of life. With guidance from Session and the Head of Staff, and teams from the newly formed Congregational Life ministry team and Fellowship & Events, we seek to combine faith formation in ways that create meaningful relationships.
Also, beginning Jan. 1, 2024, Amy Cebrick's role as Assistant Director of Children's Ministry position will expand to Children's Ministries Coordinator!
Wonderful things are happening in ministry at WFPC as we continue to seek God's call on our community!

WFPC's Walk Thru Bethlehem is an annual Christmas card to the community ❤️ Fom one angle it is a meaningful and thoughtful telling of the story of our Lord...but from a different angle, it is a HUGE undertaking with soooo many behind the scenes volunteers that make it the well oiled machine it is. God bless all of those in front of AND behind curtains to make this weekend possible every year!

Our Annual Advent Festival is TOMORROW! Crafts, live greens advent wreath making, and LOTS of delicious soups, chilis, and finger sandwiches to taste! The competition is fierce this year for the Golden Ladle, so come enjoy fantastic food and cast your vote for this year's winner! 🎄🎄

What a beautiful morning in the Giving Garden!! We welcomed and enjoyed fellowship, food and good company with our Ukranian neighbors who so appreciate the holy respite space of a garden. ❤️❤️
The Garden Team has a number of folks who are sick so we’re a little short handed. Tomorrow (8/19) we are once again hosting Ukrainian family which include lots of children.
If you are available tomorrow (Saturday) beginning at 8:30am, please consider dropping f by to assist. Bring your kids if you have them. Also, this is an easy way for students to earn community service hours!
