Why Your Vote Counts

Your vote and your voice counts. Speak up and consider the various angles and perspectives of each topic. Please don’t take your voice or vote for granted.

The political landscape for the next 2 decades are influenced by the decisions elected officials put in place today. Every election shape the lives of people for 1.5 decades. Your vote matters; do not let politicians or political parties determine what is important for you. Please study and do not be naive. Hold elected officials and politicians and political parties accountable. Study the issues for yourself. Never rely on any one media network or social platform.

Consider This For Yourself. These are rhetorical questions to ask yourself.

Question 1: How could someone elected to serve you be rich or maintain their wealth while serving you but your wealth has not grown as theirs?

Question 2: Why are certain agendas being pushed while politicians and lobbyists and CEO are getting richer?

Question 3: Why are schools not preparing our next generation to be innovative, creative, and resilient critical thinkers?

Question 4: Why are politicians trying to hide or erase history?

Question 5: Why are so many students falling behind in social skills and STEM skills? And stop blaming teachers.

People please think. There is no political party more charismatic or Christian than another. Don’t let politicians use your fear to get your votes. Regardless of the party - THINK for yourself because your decision is yours

Cancel culture has done a major disservice on the current generation. We have built a generation that has been taught by us to avoid people and groups that do not agree with you. This cancel culture mentality wants you to isolate yourself from others but that leaves you susceptible of being manipulated, tricked, scammed, and abused. We and our previous generations have led people to demand entitlement. We have shielded and over protected out of fear and hurt to the point we have taught people not to be innovative but to be content, entitled, and privileged in greed and in poverty. No business has ever grown without customers or clients; u do not have to agree but be conscious of what is being said. Many times boxers get knocked out by the punches they did not see. Teach and lead not by fear, traditions, or hatred. Teach and lead by teaching how to critically think, apply, and adjust. Use the uncomfortable and uneasiness of problems and criticism to spark your innovative and imaginative and creative juices to grow you.

Understand Where You Stand

Recently I received a great question about some of my posts. I am so happy that this person reached out to me to discuss instead of canceling me. As family, friends, citizens, and believers it is vital that we be able to have open dialogue and conversations without canceling each other out. I told my friend that I never said that Trump was so bad or Biden is so good. But to make sure that what you vote for is your decision.

Never allow any political party to dictate to you what is important to you and your next generation. All politicians and political parties have their own agenda so we, the people, must never release our responsibility to any political party or politician.

I grew up in a time where the past America was not great and if we are not careful we as Americans will move backwards instead of forward; I personally challenge all politicians. And I remind people to talk; what was great for some in the past was not great for all.

Never let one party or politicians speak for you; hold them all accountable and consider your family; ur next generation; and your agenda rather than their agenda. Ensure your voice is heard. Make sure they represent you and not just you represent them.

Thanks for listening and challenge yourself and your political representatives to be better. The elected representatives and officials, regardless of their party, are there to represent everyone not just those who voted for them. Remind them and remember to make sure your voice is heard and considered

Yesterday I was asked how do I cast my cares to GOD; I reminded them to find time to talk to GOD; release it to HIM by the words you speak; then accept it as so; then walk in confidence of HIM and HIS inspiration to you.

if u still feel anxious, angry, frustrated, or scared then you are still holding on to it, as soon as you recognize this, remind yourself that you have released it and u trust HIM. Say “My LORD, I trust you and walk in confidence of YOU”.

Notice I did not say I am gonna trust, say LORD I trust you. Mean it from your core and speak it calmly, softly, and confidently with passion. Then proceed as HE directs you. Remember we all walk by our faith, put your faith (confidence) in HIM. Be confident in HIM and calmly put that confidence in HIM to work.

Stay focused on carrying it out as HE inspires you and adjust as HE inspires you. Use your emotions to serve you not to lead you.

Never describe yourself as normal or average; be the productive outlier

Be mindful of working just to get a paycheck because that could mean you are working to make someone else rich - know your purpose

Strive to be better than you were the day before; learn to & actually use your experiences & words productively

Consider how you want to be remembered 20 years after you have transitioned. Consider the legacy you leave behind. Make yours count

Habits, good or bad, are what you accepted and trained yourself to do as the appropriate action in particular situations; that means discipline

Agility, faith, patience, wisdom, and kindness are a strengths that you train and grow into

Do not allow disappointments or set backs to break you - remember it & feed on it to lock in, see it, focus, press on & accept it as so

Find a reason to motivate & encourage yourself; never rely only on someone else to do it; if they do so, great but never rely on it

Some folks left your life for a time but reconnected as you both realize that you have grown to appreciate this friendship

Education is environment, financial, stability, resources, tactical ability, strategy, focus, & discipline covered by GOD’s grace

I am not shy so if I am being very quiet it means I am inspired to be more observant of my surroundings

The way u treat people tell others how u want to be treated yourself

Be mindful of talking about or criticizing reflectors - how u say it & treat them will be reflected back to u
