This year, over 80 riders pre registered to ride, united in supporting vets and their families who are battling post traumatic stress(PTS). As we remember those this weekend who made the ultimate sacrifice for this great country, remember their family members still here.

On Saturday night, attorney Matt Trollinger was proud to join Frederick community members and business owners in supporting the Mental Health Association of Frederick County on behalf of Trollinger Law LLC.

In short, it was one of the best events we've been able to be a part of in the past year. Excellent food, fellowship, and fun live auctions were great. However, what was particularly moving is when nearly every one in the room stood up as either someone who has been affected by mental health crisis or having a friend or family member who has. Mental health challenges can be out in the public, or they can be secret but its more prevalent than we may suspect. The Mental Health Association of Frederick County reported responding to over 54,588 calls for help in 2023. Amazing organization, doing life changing work in Frederick and the surrounding areas.

🌟 Big Win Alert at Trollinger Law! 🎉 We're thrilled to announce a big victory in the Prince George's County Circuit Court! Our dedicated team, led by attorneys Matt Trollinger, Hugh Williams, and Elli Schank, successfully appealed a workers' compensation decision, championing justice for our client.

Initially, the Commission recognized only a 17% permanent partial disability to the leg for our client's severe trimalleolar ankle fracture with deltoid rupture that required screws and rods in his leg. Unconvinced and determined, our legal team fought passionately, believing our client deserved more, appealing the decision. The jury agreed with us, awarding a groundbreaking 50% disability to the leg!

A juror told Matt Trollinger after the verdict came out, that the defense doctor was not credible. Trollinger used cross examination during the deposition of the defense doctor to show that he didn't measure the claimant's ankle properly and didn't use the AMA Guidelines appropriately. The most shocking surprise was when this defense doctor admitted, he didn't think he needed to use the state required guidelines. It was clear his 5% rating came from bias alone.

The difference to the client is over $50,000.00 in disability benefits compared to what the Commission awarded him (less than $10,000.00).

This win underscores our commitment to fighting tirelessly for our clients' rights and ensuring they receive the compensation they truly deserve. At Trollinger Law, we don't back down until justice is served! 🏆✊
