Southern Stars has created a Football Pool for the Commanders vs. Cowboys game on Sunday, Jan 8, 2023.
Cost to play is $10 per square. Prize payouts are:
1st Quarter: $150
2nd Quarter/Half-time: $150
3rd Quarter: $150
4th Quarter/Final: $150

Southern Stars #36 will resume its Annual Christmas Chari-tea on Saturday, 12-03-2022, AT 1pm. We have decided to hold it at the Pythian Hall in Edgewater, MD to be more centrally located. The price will remain the same as in past years. It will consist of our regular four courses, lots of food, fun, and fellowship. Plus we will have door prizes, 50/50. Our Charities this year are Bridging Life Hospice and Maryland Food Bank. There will be a box for non- perishable food donations at the event. Tickets are available at Eventbrite, or payable personally thru our Cash App account, $southernstars36. We hope you will be able to join us to kick off your Holiday season.
