Hi All,

There is a committee meeting tonight at 6 PM for a few upcoming events:
Coyote Joe (Friday, September 6),
Seahawks Kickoff (Sunday, September 8 )
Fun Fridays in October
Couples Social Dancing, Pub Trivia, and Elktoberfest*10/18.
This is just the sub-committee for the above events though these volunteers are very dedicated in ensuring the success and operation of any future events, too.
We encourage anyone to come tonight and meet a great team of core volunteers that will help you with future events you chair!
We are here to help you promote and grow the lodge!

🚗 We are looking for anyone that would like to ride on the float.

We have you covered!

Because of the location of our lodge, we can use our parking lot to park in for the concert!

🚙 Our parking lot is open to all current Elks members in good standings.

DIRECTIONS:
You will enter Par 72 Drive via Reese Ave. and show your current membership card to the person doing traffic control.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Parking will be limited to spots available, first come, first serve.

Please be advised that you will be sharing the road with pedestrians, so please use caution caution.

The Club Room will open at 4:30 pm. so our members can enjoy a beverage, play some pool, corn hole or enjoy the beautiful weather on the patio!

And now the bad news:

Because we are short on volunteers, we will not be serving Brunch this Sunday.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are hoping to be back next Sunday!
