Hey teens... just a FEW things you should never say/send in a text.
What should we say to a friend experiencing a mental health problem? Some suggestions might be...
1. "Do you want to talk about it? I'm always here for you."
2. "What can I do to help?
3. "That sounds really difficult. How are you coping?"
4. "Let's go somewhere quiet or take a walk"
5. "I'm really sorry you're going through this. I'm here for you if you need me."
