Every year on the second Thursday of May, in honor of Mo Anderson's birthday, all of Keller Williams worldwide shuts down and has a day of service.
This Year, Keller Williams Walnut Creek and Danville have combined to help babies in need in Contra Costa County. One in four infants is what's called "diaper challenged". Diapers can cost as much as $70-$80 a month. When a family has to choose between food and diapers, they may try and stretch a diaper change. This results in ER visits for diaper rash-related illnesses.
We will collect diapers for Sweet Beginnings Diaper Bank because ER visits are greatly reduced when diapers get changed regularly and everybody wins. But we're Keller Williams and we always win/win. So blown away right now...I just came from my brokerage's Annual Awards ceremony and found out that I had won the Paul White Cultural Ambassador Award. After years of hearing about Paul White and what he meant to the office and the legacy he left behind after his passing, truly made me aspire to be the kind of agent that he was.

💡Consider calling a professional to ensure that your place is in pristine condition.

Even then, we have to be strategic about it...stick to neutral colors!
💡Don’t choose colors that may distract buyers.
