What is it like to have a platelet-rich plasma injection?

PRP can be administered in the doctor’s office. The doctor will draw your blood, spin it in the centrifuge to prepare the PRP, and then inject the PRP directly into the painful area. The entire process should take less than an hour. 🍀

It is bittersweet to announce after 23 years serving this wonderful Community as a massage Therapist, I am leaving Florida to join my husband in California. I will be working in my office in downtown Bradenton until Saturday Sept 2. Please know I am actively seeking a therapist to take over my business and will take care to guard my clients' well being. To say I am grateful to my clients and friends here is an understatement. You have all enriched my life in innumerable ways. Thank you all 🥰

I can honestly say this one was full of challenges. The obvious one being how on earth do I structure and wrap 52 floral cupcakes - some trial and error and lots of advise from my amazing online baking friends I got it figured out. Next was so many colors - way out of my comfort zone!! And finally how to get this huge bouquet the 55 miles to the venue in the 95 degree heat of August in Florida, thank goodness for ice cold A/C. I do like a challenge but this one did cause me a few sleepless nights 😊
