511 Contra Costa is a program of the Contra Costa Transportation Authority which offers alternatives to driving alone to reduce traffic congestion and help air quality.
is scheduled to start overnight paving work on both the upper and lower decks of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge beginning on Monday, Sept. 23 and concluding on Friday, Oct. 4. All work is weather dependent, and dates are subject to change.
