FREE CPR Training for Kids (8 to 14)

Date and Times - Limited to 6 Kids per session
Sunday, August 18th, 2024

Session 1 - 10am to 10:30am
Session 2 - 11am to 11:30am
Session 3 - 12pm to 12:30pm

This will be a hands only FREE CPR training for kids ages 8 to 14. The class will be 30 minutes and your kids will learn and practice Hands Only CPR on child and infant manikins.
Refreshments will be available, parents must stay with their children and class size is 6

Location is: 2789 West Main Street, Wappingers Falls NY

We will be holding free 30 min. CPR classes for kids on Sunday August 18th. There will be 3 classes available and you MUST sign up your children once we post the schedules as space will be limited to only 5 children per class.
The age group will be 6 to 12. This is meant to be a fun 30 min class with hands on CPR practice using child and infant manikins.
One parent must stay during the 30 minute class with their child.
Scheduled times will be posted shortly.

So I purchased female accessories for the male manikins. This will assist students in feeling confident and comfortable performing CPR on females in cardiac arrest.
According to a 2024 study published by the American Heart Association, women are 14% less likely to receive bystander CPR than men after a public cardiac arrest.

With the school year coming to an end and summer approaching now is the time to learn CPR, first aid and water safety. Make it a family event. All family members should learn CPR in the event of an emergency.
