Hiring a life coach means having the support you need without the commitment of basic relational needs and effort, meaning you give to yourself and yourself only. Life coaches are literally there just for you and you don’t have to put any effort back into them but more so yourself. It’s like a perfect, dream marriage: You give ONLY to be received and fully heard and understood 100% of the time 😉😌

💫✨💫 Key Takeaways: This is a good time to get to know your triggers, so that you can understand where they come from. Then, you can take steps to nurture yourself in these areas. If you haven’t been tending to your needs, you may feel out of sync with your body or you could find it difficult to tune into your inner voice. If you find yourself struggling then let today’s intention be to experience the full spectrum of your emotions, find some quiet time and just be with yourself. Don’t be surprised if deep-seated feelings come up for you. The intention is to help you release some creative energy and find that inner voice.

This week was so heavy, for a number of people, and at many different levels. I challenge everyone to take time this weekend to do at least ONE thing for yourself and yourself only 🫶🏻

Coaches aren’t there to tell you what to do- you have enough people in your life doing that but ALSO they’re not really listening to you. A coaches job is to truly listen and help guide you in figuring out the HOW. Remember there’s always a way 🙌🏼!
