My advice:
✅ workout while you can, because you never know when you can’t!
✅ Lift weights & increase your lean muscle mass. It will sustain you in the event you’re not able to workout.
✅ When experiencing an injury or any situation that doesn’t allow you to workout, watch your calories and your carb intake. You’re not burning as much, so you need to limit your calories.
✅ Increase your flexibility
✅ Stretch daily.
