This is Mo working on duck #squats with the 100 pound Kettlebell. There are some new heavy #weights at the gym this year… 💪 Come in and check them out, maybe even try to lift them (of course we’ll be looking for good form 😉)

Big #deadlift! 🏋🏻 It's been awhile since a true max effort lift but I figured "why not" at the end of the 12 week #trainingprogram. In this video I was able to get 505 with pretty good control, and it also looked like my hips stayed down better than the last time I maxed out! 🦍

Everyone made fun of me for wanting 120 pound #dumbbells. 💬 Who's going to use those? What in the world are you gonna do with them!? Hold them of course! 💪
