If you’re new around here, I'm a stay at home mother of three who really loves tea! I started making teas for my children when they were younger and because of my love for the healing effects, I started selling them.

Over time, that joy transformed into something much more! I am on a mission to demonstrate just how easy it is to bring healing herbs into your everyday life.

The amazing contributions that African Americans have made to this country are innumerable. This country wouldn't be what it is today without those who often persevered vast hardships, created opportunities from scratch despite much opposition. Today, I'd like to take time to honor those specifically who were herbalists.

Life can be intense. We all have days when life feels like it's stretching us too thin, and we can't take it anymore. An important part of dealing with those intense emotions is to remember how to process them. I like to explore my feelings by journaling or talking them out with someone I trust.

Everyone has different ways that they cope with whatever they're feeling. It's important to remember that there aren't any wrong feelings; as long as you're not hurting anyone, it's all right to let yourself feel your feelings. The most important thing is not to stay in the negativity.

When I'm having a bad day, I like to read scripture and pray, and sometimes even listen to worship music. Those things help me feel grounded in God, which reminds me of how big He is and how small my problems are in comparison.

As small business owners without employees, we weren't sure about what to do with shipping orders for Dwell as Ash'leigh and I approached our due dates this year. We both managed to get pregnant around the same time last year (haha, it wasn't planned). In July, April's family welcomed her first baby girl, Sparrow, and Ash's baby boy is due any day now.

We want to inform our communitea that although you can still order products from our online shop, we will be pausing shipping until October.
