Pop Up Clinic Alert 🚨

In response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak we are hosting vaccination pop up clinics within Ward 8 neighborhoods.

These community-based clinics provide residents the opportunity to access COVID-19 related resources right in their backyard.

Today we are thankful for this amazing community that we have the opportunity to live & work in. We are thankful for the incredible volunteers and local businesses who have come together to support our cause. We are thankful to be surrounded by people who want to help us make a difference.

It is that time of year again to continue the annual holiday tradition of the Ward 8 Wide Turkey Giveaway. This event will provide a turkey to 2,500 families this Thanksgiving.

We are proud to be helping to sponsor this amazing event alongside these amazing organizations & !

On Tuesday, November 23rd, Ward 8 residents will be able to attend one of the designated host sites for a turkey.

Register now for one of the distribution locations :

- Union Temple Baptist Church (11am)
- Livington Assisted Living Home (11am)
- Lydia's House (1pm)

To participate in this event:
- Must be a Ward 8 resident
- Provide ID and proof of residency
- One turkey per household. If a duplicate registration is identified, both tickets will be cancelled.

All turkeys will be distributed on a first-come, first-come basis while supplies last.
