"Keep in your thoughts and prayers Palestinian Christians living alongside their Muslim neighbors under occupation. May God give them strength, hope, and resilience as they continue to live and remain in the land. And may those of us who stand in solidarity with them be ever steadfast as we advocate for justice and an end to oppression. The celebration of the resurrection of Christ reminds us not to give up and to have hope."

Millions of American Evangelicals are praying for the State of Israel. Among them are a dynasty of Kentucky pastors and their Evangelical congregants in an impoverished coal mining town. They donate sacrificially to Israel’s foremost philanthropic organization, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, because they fervently believe the Jews are crucial to Jesus’ return. This film traces this unusual relationship, from rural Kentucky to the halls of government in Washington, through the moving of the American Embassy in Jerusalem and to plans for annexing the West-Bank. It exposes a stunning backstory of the Trump and Netanyahu administrations, where financial, political, and messianic motivations intersect with the apocalyptic worldview that is insistently reshaping American foreign policy toward Israel.

Register, view the film, then join the event: https://cmep.org/event/voices-from-the-holy-land-online-film-salon-til-kingdom-come/ This event is a Voices from the Holy Land Online Film Salon. Co-sponsored by CMEP and Palestine Israel Network–Episcopal Peace Fellowship.

A Land Full of God gives American Christians an opportunity to promote peace and justice in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It shows them how to understand the enmity with brief, digestible, and comprehensive essays about the historical, political, religious, and geographical tensions that have led to many of the dynamics we see today. This mini-course will feature several of the book's contributors in a panel discussion on a different topic each week. We've also invited an additional guest who was not a book contributor to respond to the information shared. We'll end each session with an audience Q & A time. Reading the book is not required for participation. Learn more and register here: https://cmep.salsalabs.org/lfogcourse/index.html
