Meet our Septemeber Pet of the Month, Dasha!

"Meet Dasha, a Greater Swiss Mountain dog who thinks she is a lap dog! Little Dasha is 5 years old but still a puppy at heart. She still believes she is tiny and will sit on you if given the opportunity. In her free time, Dasha loves to take naps or play with one of her 30 different toys. Her favorite pastime is reading the newspaper with mom on Saturday mornings and playing with her brother Gustav! Her favorite snacks are bananas, apples, and salmon. But, every now and then Dad will give her a little piece of lobster on special occasions (mom thinks this is absolutely ridiculous). If you ever see Dasha around, make sure to say hello and give her a little butt scratchy!!"

Rise by Bozzuto held our third annual Backpack School Supply Drive supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of America during the month of July. This company-wide initiative collected and packed more than 2,800 backpacks with school essentials for children nationwide, exceeding our donation goal. Thanks to our associates, residents and Community Champions, we have the privilege to support our local youth in reaching their fullest potential.

Our incredible associates are redefining sanctuary on the West Coast. From Los Angeles to San Francisco to Seattle, we are committed to delivering an extraordinary living experience for our residents.

Meet Bennet, our Pet of the Month for August!

"Earlier this year, Bennett celebrated his 10th birthday here at home
in The Flats. He was adopted as a kitten, and loves having all attention on
him. His favorite activity, aside from cuddling, is bird watching where he
pretends he is an exquisite hunter, when in reality he hates going outside."

This month, Bozzuto’s summer interns had the opportunity to give back to their local communities during our annual Rise by Bozzuto intern volunteer outing. Across the country, they tended to community gardens, worked in food banks and helped at local Boys and Girls Clubs. We’re grateful our interns had the opportunity to learn more about our corporate social responsibility efforts while giving back to the communities we serve.

Bozzuto's communities were filled with laughter and smiles during our second annual Tiny Tykes Takeover. Hosted by our employee resource group, Parents and Caregivers Together (PACT), this event gave associates the opportunity to make lasting memories with their little ones with fun activities and a delightful brunch. Thank you to PACT for organizing such a meaningful event.
