Here we have our Croquetas de Setas - crispy, creamy bites filled with earthy wild mushrooms and perfect complemented by a decadent truffle aioli.

With sometimes dozens of dishes being fired at once, keeping track of the tickets is a true art form our Chefs learn to master.

Fresh seafood gets a hard sear on the plancha before being added to our Paella de Mariscos.
