Podcast — Shaw Bransford & Roth | Federal Employment Law Firm Our government and public affairs leaders host shows on federal workforce policy, presidential actions, and Congressional legislation.
Today, our team remembers Mike Causey who passed away on Monday.
Mike was a longtime friend of Jerry Shaw’s and the pioneer of journalism into federal workforce. Mike was known for coining the phrase “Inside the Beltway.” He also had a radio show in the 1990’s as part of his Washington Post column in which he did a live call-in show for feds to ask questions about workforce issues. He cajoled Jerry Shaw to do a law firm radio show following his show on quasi legal issues facing the workforce, and so was born FEDtalk.
He was admired by everyone and the life of the party.
