Loneliness. Loneliness is not just a feeling or emotion, but an absence of our true nature. As youth, loneliness is something we all have experienced or are experiencing, right? 👥 ——— Loneliness is actually not necessarily a bad thing. It can be a good thing and it can be purposeful! Purposeful, but under one condition, which is when it is time SPENT with GOD. If our loneliness does not draw us closer to God, it is meaningless. ——— What does God want for us? Well, as believers in Christ, we need to remember that we are meant to be in community and in fellowship. We are not meant to do life alone. What God wants from our moments in loneliness is WORSHIP 🙌🏼 That is how we respond. We respond by acknowledging Him and giving him all the glory 🫂

Yesterday at English Service, we had special guest, Ye Paing, give us a message about Renewal‼️From the biblical story of Noah and the Ark, to the story of Jonah and the prodigal son, we can see that obedience, realization, and repentance were key factors in them receiving the hope in God for renewal. And that similarly, we too can find renewal as we come to realize that our God’s grace goes far beyond what we can imagine as he sent his son to die on that cross for our sins❤️
Yesterday at youth service we were able to discuss chapter 16 of “Where is God When It Hurts” with our discussion leaders @jjmaran and @vungsmung‼️In the midst of the pain, we can find something called buried treasure. And that buried treasure helps us transform our pain so that we can find meaning from it🤍

Yesterday at English Service, we had the honor of receiving the word from Pastor Will Saw‼️ His message, based on Matthew 15:21-28, was about the faith of a gentile woman. The woman, who was a mother, saw Jesus and came pleading to him to help her daughter who was demon possessed. With no response and a rejection from Jesus’ disciples, the gentile mother still continued to be persistent. Because of this, her wish was later granted. As believers, sometimes we may feel like we aren’t being heard and may ask where God is. However, just like the woman who held onto her faith and persevered, we must strive to have faith like that🙌🏼
