Happy Friday Everyone - GEP is back and in full swing! This week, we welcomed our 8th cohort of GEP Scholars. Students participated in professional development workshops, such as public speaking and professionalism. Students also had the opportunity to see real human organs (Thanks Dr. Suarez-Quian!), meet Dean Jones, and socialize with their clinical and office supervisors and medical school mentors. We cannot wait for next week!

Congratulations Dr Meredith!!

Since childhood, Malcolm D. Meredith (M’23) knew he wanted to be a surgeon. His experiences at our School of Medicine prompted him to focus on transplant medicine, a career he’ll pursue as a surgical resident at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. https://bit.ly/3BWzzDH
