Congrats to Aliza, our AMAZING bookseller, for being an Patterson Holiday Bookstore Bonus recipient!
Aliza is a radical feminist and passionate bookseller. After working at many of the independent bookstores in DC, we’re fortunate that she landed at The Potter’s House nearly five years ago. Aliza is solely responsible for the curation of our collection for all ages, focused on social justice as well as q***r authors and authors of color, with spirituality, local interest, and great literary fiction sprinkled in.
We know many community members remain constantly impressed by our welcoming, thoughtful, and diverse collection of books––and that’s all thanks to Aliza! Aliza is integral to the success of our store and deserving of recognition that places her alongside some of the best in the bookselling business.
