πŸ‡πŸ·βœ¨On February 12th, the America-Georgia Business Council, in collaboration with the Embassy of Georgia in the USA and with support from the USAID Agriculture Program, hosted a wine tasting event entitled ✨The Many Colors of Georgian Wines: White, Amber, Red, Black.✨ This event is a part of AGBC's continuous effort to promote Georgian wines in the US as the best tool to raise awareness about Georgia and to attract attention from a wide range of potential investors, tourists, restaurateurs, etc. Wines from multiple small, medium, and large Georgian producers represented the spectrum of elegant Georgian wines. The guests had an opportunity to pair wines with Georgian dishes.

Ambassador David Zalkaliani / αƒ“αƒαƒ•αƒ˜αƒ— αƒ–αƒαƒšαƒ™αƒαƒšαƒ˜αƒαƒœαƒ˜ welcomed guests to the event and stressed the importance of bilateral US-Georgian economic, trade, and cultural relationships. Mamuka Tsereteli, president of the AGBC, expressed gratitude to the Ambassador and embassy staff for hosting the event. He also thanked the USAID Agriculture Program for supporting efforts to diversify Georgian agricultural exports. The Council, in collaboration with the National Wine Agency of Georgia, plans to continue its efforts to promote Georgian wines in the US via already established annual Ghvino Forums.
