We’re doubling down this year with two times the fun: our 50th Anniversary AND St. Patrick’s Day. Get in the spirit with our limited edition tees. These have been specially designed for us by our favorite local designer, Lissy, who captured the energy and essence of the space through her custom illustrations. These will be gone fast so snag one from the pub while you can!

This week is packed with whiskey and music! Join us in the days leading up to St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 17th and get in the spirit! We’ll be joined all week long by friends from our favorite distilleries and musical acts. Save and share this calendar to stay on top of the happenings this week!

50 years. That’s right, the Dubliner turns half a century this weekend. To say we’re proud is an understatement. It’s taken the effort of countless individuals to get us where we are today and we’re grateful for everyone who has joined us on this journey. We’re using this weekend to kickoff a year long celebration, followed by our favorite holiday of the year, St. Patrick’s Day. The fun is just beginning so stay tuned for what we have in store! Here’s to 50 more!

We're trying something a little different—we're collaborating with our friends , a new restaurant opening in Tysons next week, to give away a Tex Mex dinner experience for you and your friends! On top of that, we're throwing in a bonus $150 gift card to the Dubliner. This is, in our opinion, a pretty exciting giveaway. Here's how it works:
▫️ Share & save this post
▫️ Tag three friends you'll invite to the special dinner
▫️ To win, you and everyone you tagged should follow and

Each comment is an entry and you can enter as many times as you like. We'll be choosing one winner on Friday, December 1st at 3pm. Start sharing!

Tomorrow we celebrate and honor the life of Valerie Coleman, the matriarch of our family.

If you know one thing about Val, you know she loved the holidays—more than that, you know she loved the time of year when the Christmas decorations could go up around the Dubliner. For that reason, you may notice Christmas has come a little early around the pub in honor of Val.

Thank you to all of our friends, family, staff, and patrons for your love and support. Tomorrow, the Dubliner will be closed for a private family affair from 11-6PM. Please join us after for a pint and live music.

Today, we’re honoring these Dubliner dads. The Colemans have built a DC institution and regularly welcome guests who recognize, in the words of the great Irish statesman, Daniel O'Connell, “The hospitality of an Irishman...springs, like all of his qualities, his faults, his virtues, directly from the heart." Cheers to these three incredible fathers!
