🎉 ¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo from LNESC!

🌎 For those who may not know, the holiday uniquely marks the remarkable victory of a small group of local, Mexican troops over an elite group of French forces at the 1862 Battle of Puebla. It is a holiday that symbolizes a moment of resilience in Mexican history and culture that resonates beyond borders.

It is also a reflection of the extensive cultural contributions and legacy of the Mexican community in the U.S.

🎵 Today, Cinco de Mayo is celebrated globally with family and friends gathering around traditional Mexican cuisine, colorful piñatas, and festive mariachi music!

✨ We are proud to celebrate and build upon our appreciation of culture, cuisine, and community!
