The momentum continues to build for Scholars Equity Network and the leadership team is looking forward to seeing you at a Gather & Grow event in the coming months. These events serve as a great opportunity to convene with your fellow GMS Alumni, learn about the Scholars Equity Network programs, and contribute to the work of SEN. We look forward to sharing news about how we will celebrate the 25 Year Anniversary of the Gates Millennium Scholars Program in June of 2025. That update will be coming soon! We have officially launched Scholars Equity Network to the world, and now we want to gather with you - our SEN community - to celebrate this exciting milestone!
This will be the first in a series of SEN gatherings held throughout the country - including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Atlanta, NYC, Houston, Albuquerque, Chicago, and D.C.
At this first event, you will get a chance to hear about PATH, an AI powered skills trainer and career mentor platform that was co-founded by one of our very own GMS Alumni - 2010 Cohort. We will also have a Bay Area wealth and money management expert share ways for you to map out your plan to financial freedom!
You’ll walk away from this event well aligned with the three pillars of SEN’s mission: Economic Empowerment, Personal & Professional Development & Civic Engagement, and be enriched by your time spent with the ambitious and diverse talent of the Scholars Equity Network!
There will also be tasty appetizers, drinks, and lots of time to mix, meet, and mingle with the GMS/SEN community.
