Good source of protein, lobster 🦞 meat is sweet and delicate, it doesn’t need too much, just a little bit of Old Bay (Eastern Shore style), and quick broil or grill, tasty 👅 and healthy :-)

Oil to cook? Avocado 🥑 oil! Specially to cook salmon fish, that has its characteristic flavor, you want to use this unflavored oil. I cooked mine on the air fryer, garnished with an apple/blue cheese 🥗 moistened with a sugar free maple syrup vinaigrette, tasty 👅 and healthy!!!

All I need for breakfast is this :-)

Boiled eggs + beets + cauliflower + green beans + Mayo & Mustard = healthy and tasty salad with the crispy seeds bread :-)

Plain almonds as a snack, spicy 🌶 almonds to add some crunchy to any meal 🥘

I like liquid for my beverages and powder to cooking 🧑‍🍳 and baking :-)

My favorite breakfast, all in one: protein (eggs/almond flour/almond milk), good carbs (oatmeal/blueberries), good and yummy!!! Healthy and tasty 👅
