Exercisers Who Inspire Us: Joy Johnson

Joy took up running at age 59. She committed herself to running three marathons a year - always with a bow in her hair and a smile on her face. Before she passed in 2013 at the age of 86, she ran 70 marathons with 25 being the New York City Marathon.

Joy shows us it’s never too late to fall in love with something new.
