This week at chumc we replaced two broken Trane units (they have worked since 1965 when they were installed) that provide heat and AC to the nursery room / Capitol Hill Cooperative Preschool rooms. We also had a section of the AC chiller pipe that had rusted through and cracked cut out and replaced. Have you noticed it has been warm in our building? That is because we have not been able to run the AC until this pipe was replaced. We look forward to having AC in the building tomorrow when the work is completed. These repairs cost $15,000. Our building is a great asset for ministry and a home that we share with many other non-profit service organizations. We are grateful for your faithful financial pledges and consistent giving to chumc so we can keep our building’s systems working. #capitolhillumc
