As an event professional, you know that creativity, attention to detail, and flawless ex*****on are essential ingredients for a successful event. You also know that you must hold yourself to a high standard for each event, no matter how big or small.
Here are a few tips for doing just that:
▶️ Be creative. Your events should be unique and memorable, so don't be afraid to think outside the box. Come up with fresh ideas for everything from the venue to the food to the activities.
▶️ Pay attention to detail. The smallest details can make a big difference in the overall experience for your attendees. Make sure everything is perfect, from the signage to the lighting to the sound system.
▶️ Execute flawlessly. On the day of the event, everything should run smoothly and without any glitches. This means having a contingency plan in place for everything that could go wrong.
When you hold yourself to a high standard, your events will be a success every time. And that's something to be proud of!

Secret Sauce: This event planning life is not for the faint of heart. You have to Sleep, Eat, Create, and Repeat the next day. I love seeing my clients' faces light up when they see their event come to life. It's a lot of work, but it's incredibly rewarding.
What's your favorite thing about event planning?
Time is money, so respect it.
As professionals, we all know that time is an important part of our relationships with our clients. When we arrive on time (or better yet, a few minutes early), we're showing that we respect their time and that we're serious about our business.
Arriving on time is also a sign of professionalism and respect for ourselves. It shows that we know how to manage our time effectively and that we're reliable and trustworthy.
We believe that following up with clients is essential to building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. Here are a few tips:
▶️Be timely. Don't wait too long to follow up after a meeting or email exchange. The sooner you follow up, the more likely you are to stay top-of-mind with your client.
▶️Be relevant. Your follow-up message should be relevant to the previous conversation you had with your client. This shows that you're listening and that you're genuinely interested in their needs.
▶️Be helpful. Offer to provide your client with additional information, resources, or support. This shows that you're invested in their success.
These are a few steps we take to ensure event success!

🌈 Pride Month: Celebrating the Unique Beauty Within and Outside 🌟
Pride month is a joyous celebration that reminds us to embrace and cherish the unique qualities that make each of us special. Let's honor diversity, equality, and love in all its forms!
When planning an event, your job isn't just attracting attendees; sometimes, it’s protecting them.
That's why it's important to create a confidentiality plan. A confidentiality plan is a document that outlines how you will protect sensitive information about your event, such as speaker information, attendee lists, and event details.
A confidentiality plan should include the following:
- A definition of sensitive information
- A list of people who will have access to sensitive information
- Procedures for protecting sensitive information
- Consequences for violating the confidentiality plan
By creating a confidentiality plan, you can help to ensure that your event is safe and secure.
