The Vita Two Place Sofa's curved back follows organic contours as it drops and merges with artfully shaped legs. The sofa’s broad cherry back highlights the wood's natural grain, and its warm color enhances its surroundings. Traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery affixes the seat to the back, with additional support provided by a pair of artful knees that mimic the flow of the legs.

In collaboration with the New York Public Library, we’ve designed a chair that is more than just a piece of furniture for its patrons – but also a symbol of the Library, its mission and its vision for the future. The last iconic chair commissioned by The New York Public Library was for the reading rooms in the landmark 42nd Street Library in 1911. The NYPL Branch Chair by Thos. Moser will serve the great public institution and the communities it serves for decades to come.
The Eastward Dining Table is fundamentally Shaker in its simplicity. Crafted with four square legs that rise to meet a recessed, reinforcing skirt, the absence of spreaders bespeaks the design’s strength.

The pandemic caused many people to reconsider what they wanted out of life. And for some, like Yvette Lanneaux, that introspective moment inspired dramatic change.
She chose the NYPL Branch Chairs for her new home as they lend themselves beautifully to the design forward and nature inspired aesthetic of by designer

The scalloped center drawer face of the Aria Sideboard is crafted with a series of concave, grain-matched staves. The drawers function smoothly on polished hardwood slides – a Moser signature that compensates for wood’s seasonal expansion and contraction.
Where recliners often put comfort before form, Drift embodies the Moser aesthetic and fulfills our unyielding commitment to purposeful utility. Inspired by natural forms and flows, Drift’s handmade legs and arms suggest gentle waves. They are joined by hand-finished mortise-and-tenon junctions and operate on a slide that functions with smooth silence, easing the upholstered back to your preferred position.
Dr. White's Cabinet of Curiosities.
Dr. White's Chest is our most intricate, sizable, and complex piece; a combination of dovetail, miter, rabbit, lap, and butt joints, all lending to its immense strength and presence. Once open, you will discover a secret nook hidden behind an interior panel. This undercover hideout is perfect for your sacred keepsakes and anything else you’d like hidden from curious hands.

Steam bending in woodworking is a process in which wood is exposed to steam to make it pliable. This technique is often used for creating chair backs and arms, drawer fronts, and rockers, as it allows for the shaping of wood without the need to cut into the material, preserving the strength and integrity of the wood. Steam bending is especially valued for its ability to produce solid and smooth curves without the need for joints, making it ideal for creating the arm of the Lolling Chair.
Along the meandering roads of Maine, we catch a glimpse of history where men and women worked the land, developing communities of self-sufficient farmers and craftspeople who settled into this landscape. Throughout New Gloucester, country roads are dotted with these snapshots into the past and there is one relic that inspired Tom Moser when he designed the High Stool. Available with or without arms in two back configurations, the Harpswell Chairs incorporate upholstered cushions to provide both contrast and comfort and complement any interior décor— from your home or a large dining hall.
"When there are 500 people coming into a space and sitting in these chairs at least three — if not more — times per day, they must be comfortable and built to last.”

Uniting around the dining table is a seasonless tradition. The Aria Arm Chair is distinguished by the dramatic relief of its scalloped back and contrasting upholstered seat. In a striking display of intricate craftsmanship, each grain-matched stave of the Aria’s seat back is carved and attached to its mate with concealed alignment pins. The arms continue the chair’s elegant symmetry, connecting with floating tenons that merge flush with the back and seat.
Apart from its simple, striking profile, the Auburn Chair’s most prominent feature is its curved hardwood back—an anticlastic curve—carved from a single piece of hand-finished wood and supporting the lumbar in two directions at once.
