We are thrilled to welcome Chef Deth back as he was a part of Doi Moi’s history in its early years - now, this Summer we embark on a new chapter of Doi Moi’s story together.

His culinary journey, from prestigious kitchens to global consulting, showcases his expertise in fine dining and pastry arts, honed under the guidance of luminaries like Chef Michael Mina and French Master Chef Joel Guillon.
